Dr.  Swati Samvatsar

A field botanist and ethno-botanist by education, with experience spanning various roles, including scientist, academician, and cultivar, before transitioning into rural development. With over two decades of experience in the field, expertise includes water resource management, forestry, quality education, skill development, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and third-party assessments of government projects. Additionally, skilled in overall team management and leadership.


Er. Milind Pandit

A civil and environmental engineer by education, with early career experience as an environmental engineer in reputed corporate organizations. With over 25 years of experience in the development sector, expertise spans watershed area development, construction of water harvesting structures, implementation of lift irrigation schemes, and strengthening community-based organizations (CBOs). Additionally, has worked extensively in rural sanitation, education, healthcare, capacity building, and training. Skilled in conducting third-party assessments of government initiatives, ensuring accountability, efficiency, and impact in developmental programs.
